Kilbarchan General Society is run by its Preses and Managers. Each St Barchans Day a new Preses is elected. Each manager is elected for three years with a Preses (President), Treasurer, Clerk (Secretary) and Officer elected from their number at the AGM, these posts are held for one year.
The Preses at the moment is Mr Norman Kerr OBE
The Clerk is Mr Stephen Vaughan
The Treasurer is Mr David Blair
The Society Managers are: Robert Barr, Eric Black, Oliver Jones, Michael Kerr Snr, Michael R Kerr, Alan Gordon, James Wallace, Derek King, Scott Tennant and Kevin Hernon
